    Congratulations! You've already made the most important decision of all. Now, it's down to just a few hundred little ones. Knowing that your wedding is very special to you. We have designed a wedding planner as a general guideline/checklist for your wedding. So find all your resources here to plan the big event down to the smallest details.

12 Months Before the wedding

•  Announce your engagement.
•  Select a date.
•  Arrange for your parents to get together.
•  Select rings.
•  Set your Budget.
•  Hire a wedding Planner ( if needed or do it your self).
•  Book ceremony site and officiant.
•  Compile guest list.
•  Visit reception sites and reserve one.
•  Select a wedding theme or style.

6-9 Months before the wedding

•  Select bridesmaids and maid of honor.
•  Select Groomsmen and best man.
•  Ushers, Flower girl and Ring Bearer.
•  Select master of ceremony.
•  Shop for your gown.
•  Choose bridal attendants attire.
•  Enroll in a bridal gift registry.
•  Select a caterer.
•  Select a Bartender.  
•  Book photographer and/or videographer.
•  Hire a florist.
•  Select and book a musician and/or DJ.
•  Reserve rental equipment if necessary ( Arches, Tables, Chairs, Linen etc ).

4-6 Months before the wedding

• Obtain Marriage license ( Schedule blood tests if necessary ).
• Order groom and groomsmen's attire.
• Make honeymoon reservations. Compile all the necessary travel documents.
• Make arrangements for your pets.
• If applicable make arrangement for child/s unless they are coming along on your honeymoon.                                                
• Discuss details of the menu with caterer.
• Select and order the wedding cake and related accessories ( cake stands etc ).
• Choose ceremony and reception music with DJ service.
• Buy thank you gifts for wedding attendants.
• Buy wedding gift for spouse.
• Select party favors, decoration for the reception, hall and cars and purchase all related supplies.
• Arrange a rehearsal time and rehearsal dinner.
• Book a room for your wedding night.

4- 8 Weeks before the wedding

• Mail out the invitations eight weeks before the wedding date.
• Select a salon and do a hair and makeup run through.
• Write thank you notes as gifts may arrive early.
• Decide on insurance policy changes needed for after the wedding.

2- 3 Weeks before the wedding

• Finalize the seating plan for the ceremony and reception.
• Confirm details with the Florists, DJ, Caterer and photographer.
• Have your final dress fitting.
• Write your rehearsal dinner toast.

1 Week before the wedding

• Organize your fees and payments and place in individually marked envelopes.
• Give the caterer a final Guest count.
• Pick a reliable friend to transport any items you made need from the ceremony site to the reception site ( arches, flower baskets, unity candles, toasting glasses etc. )
• Check on and update rental items.
• Make arrangement with your family or friends on returning any rental item while you are gone on your                                      honeymoon. You don't want to come back and find rental items still in your home that have not been returned.
• Get last minute beauty treatments. A nice day at the spa would be wonderful and relaxing way to ease those sore muscles and calm your nerves before your special day.
• Pack for your honeymoon. Ask someone to bring your luggage if you plan on leaving from there.
